Our Manufacturing Standards

- Scientific Kiln-Drying: We don’t guess. All our wood goes through a controlled kiln-drying process to reach a Moisture Content (MC) of 12-15% for outdoor items and 8-12% for indoor use. This critical step guarantees stability and prevents cracking when the furniture arrives in different climates, from the dry winters of Europe to the humid summers of Asia.
- Precision Joinery: Combining modern machinery for precision cutting with the traditional Tenon and Mortise technique for assembly, we create furniture structures that are incredibly strong and durable.
